Malja'

Terms of Service

In effect October 4, 2026.

This English translation is provided for information only. The binding version is the French one: Conditions de service.

1. The service

Malja' is a service of Solutions SafeHive Inc. ("SafeHive", "we"). It provides a client company ("you") with a dedicated server, hosted in Quebec, on which its users open disposable workstations (browsers, Kali Linux, Linux desktop) in their web browser. Each session is destroyed when it is closed or when its maximum duration expires.

2. Subscription and payment

The subscription costs $299 CAD per month, per company, for up to 4 users. It is paid in advance by card, through Stripe, and renews automatically every month until it is cancelled. We notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change.

3. Activation

After payment, we create your server and send you, through a secure channel, your portal address along with your users' credentials and two-factor sign-in codes. You are responsible for keeping these credentials confidential.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time by writing to connect@safehive.ca. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no prorated refund. On that date, the server and all its contents are permanently destroyed.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Malja' to:

In the event of a breach, we may suspend the service without notice and terminate the subscription without refund. We cooperate with the authorities upon presentation of a valid order.

6. Availability and support

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and up to date. Security updates install automatically and may restart the server at night. Support is provided by email, in French, on business days.

7. Liability

The service reduces the exposure of your computers; it does not guarantee the absence of all risk. To the extent permitted by law, SafeHive's liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the last 3 months of service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you that cannot be waived.

8. Personal information

How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada that apply therein. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Laval.
